Hey guys, so this week has been a really busy busy one for me. With lots of presentations, tutorials, slides to complete, etc. However, I had lots of fun this week too! Celebrated Safwanah's belated birthday on Monday since her birthday was during home-based learning and everyone was busy. 

 No doubt I have the best group of friends (the people above + Shu Xuan, Jasmine Chong and Jia Sheng) but I can't help but wish that I'm at Temasek Polytechnic instead. I wonder what will happen if I were to let myself choose TP instead of SP. I wonder if I would be happier or less happy. Going to Temasek Polytechnic would mean that I could spend more time with Nelle because we will be in the same school. but there are also many reasons why I decide to choose SP instead. However, lately, I've been feeling like I've made the wrong choice to come to SP. 

Assignments that I, an events student, got to do. I thought that I'm an events student, not an architecture student. Oh well, til next time! x

What I've been up to this week.

So these 5 days have been Home-based Learning (HBL) week for me because my amazing school just decided to give this whole home-based learning thing a try so yea. Have been doing lots of tutorials and slides lately and it has been successful I guess but I definitely would have preferred a normal school week because it seems a lot more busy this week than normal school week. 

Monday:

So like what I've blogged a few days ago, I went to TP to find Nelle since I don't have to go to school and attended her lecture with her and whatever we did or I did that was being blogged the other day.

Tuesday/ Wednesday:

Tuesday and Wednesday are my laze at home day plus doing all the work that I have to do. Was really really sick and had massive headaches for like nearly 24/2 for those days which makes me feel like removing my head and throat for those 2 days. 

Thursday:

Went back to school for Events Experience to video down the games that were chosen as part of the video that had to be submitted today for HBL assignment. Wasn't in best of mood yesterday, neither have I totally recovered from the flu and cough that I've had. Gave up after the group left and decided to work on Marketing and AVS instead to clear it off first. After that we ( Shu Xuan, Jia Sheng and me) went to Morganfield's for dinner. The ribs will so good and feeling. It was one of the most satisfying dinner I've had in months.  Also, Shu xuan passed me the 'The Key' fragrance which she help me to get at the airport because it's cheaper there.

Friday:

Went to Shu Xuan house this morning to complete Marketing and also the remaining of Events Experience. Completed Marketing before watching Wolverine while having our lunch and then afterwards we started on Events Experience.Had a great laugh when we're filming our video for the last game. After getting everything done, we rest for a lil while before I gotta leave.

A capella Night

Hello whoever you are!

I apologized for not updating regularly anymore because I've been really busy with school stuff this week and there's nothing really exciting to blog about. Classes, meetings with the Bonding Day committee, make up lessons and the normal everyday school stuff. Days are also longer this week which is just tiring and sad. At least I will have a home-based learning week on Week 4, hopefully I'll be able to rest and laze at home then. Anyway, went to vocal talent's A cappella night yesterday and it was amazing, really great. The beat-boxing was super cool, and many of them have such amazing amazing voice!  

After the A cappella night, we (Safwanah , Annisaa, Annisaa's boyfriend, Melissa and I) went to get coffee bean at Bugis plus and just laze around. Had so much fun with the peeps last night! Also...

Happy Birthday Chelsi!! Hope you had an amazing time yesterday.

School days ft. Madilyn Bailey

First week of school was so boring!! I don't get most class and I'm like so lost right now in school I've no idea what's going on most of the time which scares me. Had lunch at the Ikea at Alexandra Road with the people above (L-R: Xiao Yun, Me, Jingyi, Melissa, Camille, Shuxuan, Jasmine) on Thursday before school starts. Had their baked salmon which was really nice. Thank god I changed to mash potato because the potato vege thingy that they gave was disgusting. 

Yesterday started horribly, lessons were so dry and boring and people are so annoying (I think it's because I've not enough sleep or whatever). Not only that, after lunch I kept having the vomiting feeling so I was so not in the mood in school. But the day ended really awesomely because I went for the Ion Orchard Autumn/ Winter 2013 Concert, featuring Boys Like Girls. Had one of the best nights ever! Shall blog about it soon!

Madilyn Bailey is currently my favourite "Music/cover-related" Youtuber. Her covers are all so so amazing and brilliant. You guys should go watch them! x

School ft. Starbucks 1-for-1 with Xin Yu

Hello whoever you are!! 

Today was so so boring. Had POM (Principle of Marketing) and Event Experience today! Had to split into groups for POM tutorials. Joined group with Hui Ling, Shuxuan, Jasmine, Faye and Gavin. Our group members are like 2 from every clique. (': Anyway, it seems like all of them are good at something except for me so... Really hope I can contribute in some ways.

Event Experience was really boring, had no idea what's going on 2/3 of the time. Also, really depressed that I have to be one of the 'leader' or 'in-charge' for the event that our class and two other classes are organizing because I have a phobia of  responsibilities. I know it seems super weird and stupid but yes, I hate and am scared of responsibilities. It's something that I have always avoided for the past few years...

Went for free ice cream (who says no to free ice cream? Definitely not me.) with the girls before going to FC6 to meet Xin Yu for 1-for-1 Starbucks and also to give her her belated birthday present. Had our Lunner (Lunch + Dinner (':) and we just talked about anything that come our mind I guess. After that I went home while she went for her dance practice.

Anyway, to whoever's reading this, if by any chance you are my primary schoolmate, please erase me from your memory forever and ever. Thanks love you. Anyway, that's all. x

The start of Semester 2.

Classes this Semester seems hard and boring, hopefully it's just the start and that the modules will get better. It was so so so great to get to see my friends too. Finally reunited with Annissaa and Huiling after not seeing them for ages! Others too, but at least I get to see them during Class BBQ! Had Economics, Audio Visual System and General Education today. Economics was alright, AVS was so boring and I don't understand a thing, and Gen Ed was actually surprisingly fun! May this semester be great! 

Anyway, the good news of today is that Sam Bailey followed me! Also, I was so disappointed and depressed (at first) that I didn't win this Bangerz album contest because I really really really wanted the album, but then I realised Melissa won so I'm gonna borrowed it from her asap! Can't wait to have Bangerz on repeat on my phone! Anyway, I wouldn't be blogging almost everyday now since it's school and there's nothing really great/ fantastic/ blogging-worthy to blog anymore :(. x
